Job Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility is to manage a specific segment of accounts, acquiring and developing new business opportunities to achieve sales revenue targets for the division. Act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to meet customer business requirements.
  • Execute strategies to drive new business and revenue growth through both direct and indirect sales channels on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Prepare and update Account Plan Documents for both existing and new customers each month.
  • Develop and maintain a Weekly Visitation Plan, generating Sales Visitation Reports for effective funnel management.
  • Prepare and deliver Sales Closure forecasts weekly and monthly, ensuring timely submission of proposals and sales quotations.
  • Provide feedback on network quality and customer issues to relevant stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage all aspects of account management from business acquisition to the delivery of results for the customer.
  • Actively compete to win over competitors' customers within the assigned segment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the business segment (industry vertical).
  • Experience with large-scale accounts or enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
  • Understanding of the company’s products and services.
