The responsibilities:

  • Administrative related to Training & running HR daily activities.
  • Assist in preparation of various HR correspondence and documentation.
  • To assist with gathering and compiling training needs of all employees in the group.
  • To assist with preparation of reports in accordance to company or as training Policies and procedures required.
  • To assist with attending enquiries pertaining business travel claims and administration.
  • Work with all level of staff within company.

The requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • Preferable those with minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to speak mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate, willing to learn, positive thinking and extrovert personality.
