The responsibilities:
- Administrative related to Training & running HR daily activities.
- Assist in preparation of various HR correspondence and documentation.
- To assist with gathering and compiling training needs of all employees in the group.
- To assist with preparation of reports in accordance to company or as training Policies and procedures required.
- To assist with attending enquiries pertaining business travel claims and administration.
- Work with all level of staff within company.
The requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Preferable those with minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to speak mandarin is an added advantage.
- Computer literate, willing to learn, positive thinking and extrovert personality.
