Due to our business growth, we are expanding our Business Development team, and we are looking for a talent to come and strengthen our team, and work with us to bring innovation, digitalization and embedded insurance into the next stage of growth in global market.

Responsibilities

1、Lead generation project – focus on generating new leads for our product (InsurTech solution: full core solution / digital product distribution system and Marketing Automation system) and updating our CRM tool with all the lead-gen activities.

2、Build good relationship with contact point identified from leads generation work and match our product to their needs and budget.

3、Propose a suitable solution for either Insurer / Digital Partners according to the information obtained.

4、Collaborate with our pre-sales team and brief them on the information gathered from your previous interaction and coordinate a demo that are customized to the customer.

5、Collaborate with Account Management team to ensure that there’s enough resources to manage any new project engagement that comes with signing a new contract with a new customer.

6、Complete negotiation and sales process with signing of contract.

7、Review through agreed contractual details and project agreement with Account Management team for handover.

Qualifications

1、Full-time bachelor’s degree or above.

2、3-5 years relevant working experience, and insurance or tech industry working experience preferred.

3、Proficiency in insurance core businesses; experience in business development or client/customer management is preferred.

4、Good communication, and team coordination skills.

5、Strong problem-solving skills identifying client needs and business negotiation.

6、Capacity to analyse and capture key information in precise and concise manner.

7、Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and team spirit.

8、Willing to take on additional responsibilities and expand job scope if required.

9、Proficiency in both spoken and written English; Cantonese would be an advantage.
