We are looking for a Key Account Executive, who is responsible for executing sales and trade marketing plans in an assigned geography, product line, market segment or list of customer accounts according to company sales policy by working together as a team with group of sales team and merchandisers.

Responsibilities:

Sales Plan Execution

  • Support sales representative in managing day-to-day merchandising/sales activities against pre-set objectives
  • Respond to customers' inquiries.
  • Execute promotional plans and product listings.
  • Sell in assigned promotions and propose customize promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report on post-execution to ensure objectives are met.
  • Prioritize and review daily merchandising activities performed
  • Order taking process if stocks are low at the outlet or if the outlet request order.

Roadshow/event

  • Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with Sales and organizer
  • Leads pre-event and post-event meetings for assigned groups
  • Handling logistics/operation with agency
  • Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures
  • Carefully oversee event happenings.

Support Merchandiser Team

  • Prioritize and review daily merchandising activities performed
  • Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance merchandising processes, merchandising plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Support all merchandising efforts by identification of display locations, liaison with product consultants and merchandisers, and helping with block display or merchandising efforts.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports on merchandising performance, including sales data and customer feedback. Recommend adjustments based on analysis to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related field. The equivalent of this in working experience is also acceptable for this position
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing roles in the Modern Trade channel
  • At least 2 years of working exposure in the FMCG industry
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
