Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including preparation of management reports, handling inter-company transactions.
This job position will be based in Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts and preparation of monthly management report
- Issuance of monthly inter-company billings and preparation of monthly inter-company reconciliations
- Maintenance and update of fixed asset listing
- Liaising with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretary and bankers, as may be required
- Monitoring of accounts payable including preparation of payment vouchers and issuance of cheques for payments and staff claims, where required
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statements
- Filing/Maintenance of supporting documentation / bookkeeping
- Assist superior in ad hoc tasks, as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Diploma or Degree in related field of Finance
- Experience in handling and maintaining full set of accounts
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint and knowledge of Quickbooks accounting system (or experience with other accounting systems) will be an advantage
