We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test System Engineer to join our team and lead the design and development of advanced charging and battery test manufacturing solution

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of charging and battery test systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate battery & charging test systems with other components and systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in battery technology and charging systems, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the team
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to R&D team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including solution proposal, technical demonstrations, and responding to technical inquiries
  • Develop comprehensive testing and validation plans to ensure system functionality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation such as design specification, test-plans...etc
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing battery test systems and charging solutions.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ will be an added advantage
  • In-depth understanding of battery technologies, charging protocols, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
