Retail Operation Intern

Job Description:

1. Learn and participate in various retail functions, such as new product launches, field construction, and inventory management.

2. Gradually engage in and learn about operational tasks such as budget control, cost management, and revenue enhancement.

3. Participate in market research to understand local consumer behavior and competitive landscape, providing optimization suggestions for retail operations.

4. Master data analysis, RMS systems, and other tools to manage field operations effective

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, marketing, business administration, economics and other related majors are preferred;

2. Have strong interest in retail industry, willing to start from the grassroots and quickly grow into a retail management talent;

3. Have good learning ability, analytical ability and problem solving ability;

4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to multi-task work environment;

5. Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution;

6. English can be used as the working language. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
