- Handling customer complaints and collecting feedback from customers to improve service quality
- Assist CAE in the sales process through the system provided (Bizapp, Eje2u & Tiktok)
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
- Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Business Administration or any field related
- At least 1 – 2 years’ experience
