Project Admin Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1007216)

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

You will be supporting the Testing & Commissioning Manager in managing project documentation, coordinating meetings, tracking project costs, and maintaining project schedules.

  • Documentation Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, certificates, and change orders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and implementation of railway signalling projects, ensuring all activities are aligned with project goals.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and meeting minutes are accurately recorded.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulations, and perform quality control checks on documentation and processes.
  • Communication: Act as the point of contact for project status updates, liaising with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in monitoring project progress and address any issues that arise, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate project resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth project execution.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Familiar with railway signaling systems and related technical documentation.
  • Strong MS Office skills, for example, the proficient knowledge of Sharepoint, Words, Excel and PowerPoint, will be necessary throughout this role.
  • The ability to manage shareholders and build strong relationships.
  • The skills to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
  • The ability to collate information and produce comprehensive reports.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to analyse problems and develop practical solutions.
  • The skills to plan and organise workload and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Being dependable and trustworthy, ensuring that all project activities are conducted ethically and responsibly.
  • Flexible to adapt to changing project requirements and environments, and the ability to handle unexpected challenges with composure.
