Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Service Engineer at Tremack Holdings in Shah Alam. The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, sales, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks related to lubrication systems.

Role Requirement

1. Must have previous working experience in cement and/or mining industry background of 2-3 years. Hands on, and is able to perform equipment inspections on-site, and generate technical reports

2. To represent and market special lubricants from Carl Bechem GmbH

3. To represent and market lubrication systems from perma-tec GmbH and INTZA, Spain

4. Able to travel outstation upon request

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Maintenance & Repair skills
  • Field Service and Communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in industrial engineering or lubrication systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
