  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

The Company

Role & Responsibilities:

Seeking an experienced Senior / Director of Operations to oversee the manufacturing facility in Malaysia. The ideal candidate should be a highly analytical leader to ensure operational excellence, drive efficiency, and manage day-to-day activities operations various departments. You should have experience managing a large-scale manufacturing facility and oversee a significant headcount of close to 5000 headcounts.

Qualifications

  • >15 years of Operations Management experience within a Manufacturing Plant environment, ideally in Hi-Tech / Industrial / Semiconductor / Manufacturing industry.
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing significant headcount in a large-scale manufacturing facility.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication within a diverse workforce.
