Responsibilities:

1. Handle registration and renewal of company licenses such as KDN, PIKM, PBT and anything related.

2. Manage company tenders for private and government tender such as KPM tender.

3. Register KDN vetting for all new joiner staffs upon receiving email from HR.

4. Monitor, prepare, and renew tenancy for office branch, service proposals, quotations, order confirmations and service contract.

5. Maintain records of all clients’ SOPs, rules, and regulations.

6. Plan, arrange, manage & conduct any and all processes involving CSG Training /TNG Training.

7. Handle customer service, conduct research and telemarketing to reach potential clients.

8. Manage registration with government bodies and potential clients.

9. Coordinate insurance claims and manage yearly insurance policy renewals

with agents.

10. Oversee and develop marketing campaigns to promote the company and its service.

11. Monitor, update and manage social media, website and any other company social medias to increase awareness and engagement.

12. Follow up quotation provided with the prospect and clients.

Qualifications:

1.Proven experience in a Marketing, Business Development & Public Relation, or a similar role.

2. Must possess a degree or Master's in Mass Communication/Business Development/Business Administration/Marketing/Public Relations or equivalent.

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaigns.

6. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics.

7. Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing/business development.

8. Fresh Graduates with internship experiences are welcomed to apply.
