Job Description
- Drives the entire maintenance program for Dexcom Facilities utilising the latest practises and CMMS programs.
- Maintains a high regards for ethics and ensure compliance to all company’s standards.
- Drives project compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Serves as a member of the Facilities Engineering Leadership Team involved in driving long term strategies for the organization. Partners with the Facilities Director to provide the relevant inputs regarding long term strategies.
- Sets direction for the Facilities Maintenance organization and provides communication to team and leadership.
- Manages suppliers’ performance and provides strategic direction for improvement
- Manages the quality specifications for facilities related maintenance.
- Manages the execution of audits on site. Ex Customer, external certification etc.
- Implements and maintains overall maintenance objectives and initiatives to support facilities strategy.
- Responsible for the development of annual capital budget and 5-year capital long range plan
- Manages individual contributors with emphasis on personal development.
- Drivers operational excellence, change and continuous improvement within the organization
- Bachelor’s and or Master’s Degree Engineering related field with a minimum of 8-years work experience in manufacturing or site operations
- Prior people management experience (whether formal or informal, such a leading projects) is required.
- Good knowledge in medical devices standards and practises is an added advantage. Ex GMP, GDP, and related ISO standards.
