  • Provide ongoing support and training to HR teams and end users to ensure they are confident in using the system and are able to apply best practices.
  • Host workshops, webinars, and training sessions to increase user adoption of new features and optimized processes.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Work with HR teams to create, analyse, and maintain custom reports that provide insights into key HR metrics and trends.
  • Use data analytics to measure the success of implemented solutions and improvements, making adjustments as needed based on feedback and performance metrics.

6. Continuous Improvement & Global Alignment:

  • Ensure global alignment by collaborating with teams across different regions, fostering a consistent and standardised approach to HR processes while accommodating local needs where necessary.

7. Collaboration with Global Teams:

  • Foster strong relationships with HR and IT teams globally, ensuring effective communication and alignment of SuccessFactors initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and functional teams, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with business needs and are easily understood by non-technical users.
