Partner with the best
You will be responsible for all aspects of execution of Maintenance Events. This involves gas turbines, compressors and other equipment at customer sites.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with the relevant CPM/CSM/PM to help identify the Maintenance Event scope of works.
- Working with relevant Resource Managers and Mobilisation Coordinators to ensure timely arrival of project resources, including scheduling and budgeting requirements.
- Ensuring that the Site FSE Team and BH Engineering Resources work efficiently and effectively to resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Managing the identification, scoping, planning and execution of Extra Works that arise during the Maintenance Events.
- Communicating effectively with service and installation teams, Project Managers, Site Leaders and Site Manager for job planning and execution
- Ensuring that internal operational reporting requirements for performance of maintenance event are met.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a high school diploma or GED with good experience.
- Have at east 5 years' of experience in a support or maintenance engineering position.
- Have at least 3 years’ experience as an FSE, Project Engineer in O&G Industry or Technical Support Engineer.
- Have project management background in construction and/or heavy industry with significant site experience.
- Have working knowledge of maintenance and operation of BH IET equipment – in particular heavy duty gas turbines.
- Have familiarity with common PC software tools.
