Main responsibilities
1. Have rich experience in industrial product procurement, especially MRO products, and be able to formulate supplier evaluation standards and methods, such as quality, price, delivery time, after-sales service, etc., according to
the Company's procurement needs and procurement strategies;
2. Maintain the relationship with the supplier while constantly looking for the supplier, and replace the supplier;
3. Follow up on the implementation of the procurement plan, ensure that the procurement activities are completed on time, and evaluate expenditures
operations, while seeking ways to improve and enhance quality, as well as the timeliness of product purchases and deliveries;
4. Develop risk management procedures to minimize the occurrence of product shortages.
Qualification
1. Can use Chinese and English as working languages, and can speak Malay extra points;
2. On-site office is accepted from Monday to Friday.The place of work is accepted in Penang, Malaysia, specific address: No.1, Education Boulevard Batu Kawan Industrial Park, 14110 Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang.
3. At least 5-10 years of experience in industrial product procurement management, especially MRO products are preferred;
4. Understand the local procurement process and procurement techniques in Malaysia, preferably with local supplier resources.
