Site Supervisor (High Rise)

Jawatan Kosong Location : Johor Bahru Site Supervisor Responsibilities: - Oversee renovation and construction projects, ensuring alignment with established timelines and project completion deadlines. - Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and internal teams, maintaining clear communication regarding project requirements. - Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with established standards and provide technical guidance when needed. - Strategize and implement measures to expedite project timelines when necessary. - Demonstrate a proactive and assertive attitude towards achieving project goals, encouraging problem-solving and decision-making within the team. - Able to plan, coordinate and supervise site activities. Qualifications: - Proven experience minimun 3-5 years in a similar role within the construction - Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and renovation practices. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with subcontractors and internal teams effectively. - Ability to manage and motivate teams, ensuring project objectives are met. - Problem-solving skills and the capacity to make decisions promptly. - Relevant certification in Construction Management or a related field - Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent - Qlassic Awareness Course - High rise working experience - Can start working with immediate will more advantage Candidate may whatapp 016-4717348 or may email to [email protected]
