Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:  Lead, direct and challenge Engineers and Technicians to achieve continuous improvement for yield, cycle time, cost and elimination of customer complaint.  Familiarize with RF Power Products and Wide Band Gap products  Manage and Plan Development of subordinates on technical and soft skills  Work with customers on quality, yield improvement and qual/engineering build and resolve issues on product specification, material problem and process capability, etc.  Work with vendors on alternate suppliers on process improvements.  Evaluate and recommend new equipment and buy off new equipment  Quality Accountability a) Enforce compliance to standard operating procedures and specifications b) Notify and coordinate line quality issues between quality assurance, engineering and maintenance c) Tracking of line quality performance d) System or procedure improvement e) Proliferation of the best practices f) Review of potential quality issue highlighted by subordinates g) Communicate quality alert / changes to subordinates and peers in a timely manner h) Any other duties assigned by immediate superior
