Senior IT Support

Job Description • Provide technical support for networking, hardware and server issues. • Perform regular backup, maintenance and troubleshooting of ERP, firewall, CCTV, SQL accounting, SQL payroll and NAS systems. • Coordinate with vendor or outsourced team to resolve complex problems. • Ensure IT security and compliance standards are met. • Travel to different branches to provide on-site support and maintenance. • Managing the IT support ticket system and responding to all IT queries. Job Requirements • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support. • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. • Proficient in networking, hardware and server technologies. • Familiar with ERP, firewall, CCTV, SQL accounting, SQL payroll and NAS systems. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently and as a team. • Willing to travel within Malaysia. • Able to work overtime and be on call, including weekends and public holidays. • Must be proficient in clear reporting and bookkeeping. • Possess own transportation 18天公共假期，员工采购福利，年终花红， 公司提供在职发展机会等福利。 18 days Public Holidays, Staff Purchase Benefit, Yearly Bonus, Career Advancement and etc.
