Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential sponsorship opportunities aligned with the company's marketing objectives, target audience, and brand values. - Develop comprehensive sponsorship strategies that outline objectives, target markets, budget allocation, and evaluation metrics. - Spearhead partnership negotiations & management - Initiate and negotiate sponsorship agreements with prospective partners, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with the company's goals. - Manage ongoing relationships with sponsors, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and optimizing partnerships to maximize value. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and events, to activate sponsorship initiatives effectively. - Oversee the execution of sponsored events, campaigns, or activities, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives. - Ensure that sponsored activities accurately reflect the brand's values, messaging, and image. Budget Management: - Develop and manage sponsorship budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness in sponsorship investments. - Monitor ROI of sponsorship activities and make data-driven decisions to optimize future investments and activations - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor sponsorships, and emerging opportunities to identify potential partnerships. - Conduct market research and analysis to assess the effectiveness of sponsorship strategies and make informed decisions - Managing sponsors and partnerships with stakeholders on a global scale which includes international partnering entities worldwide. Area of Experience: - Exposure to managing international stakeholders is a must - 4 - 6 years of experience in Marketing Sponsorships and / or Partnerships - Strategic thinker and analytical abilities to develop and evaluate sponsorship strategies - Knowledge of marketing principles, industry trends, and sponsorship best practices. - Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis - Creativity and innovation to develop engaging sponsorship activations
