Site Mechanical Engineer

• Provide design sketches and design reports that meet the needs and specifications of specific customers and stakeholders when necessary, • Preparation of comprehensive design documentation, specifications and other project documents to meet the required quality and detail as determined by the Project Manager or Infrastructure Advisor, • Work closely with other Architects, Engineers, Photographers and Surveyors in project planning, task scheduling and developing integrated designs, • Check and ensure that the documents provided meet the quality standard requirements. • Responsible for timely delivery of expected outputs, • Carry out design services for projects in accordance with the Client's Design requirements and in accordance with international standards and codes of practice, • Monitor delivery of service design documents. Highlight the possibility of late delivery before the event, • Conduct site inspections and assessments as required and prepare reports when required, • Proactively manage design/review projects, ensuring they meet the high standards expected by the client while delivering the program within its time and budget constraints, • Liaising with customers and addressing needs, • Coordinate work and submissions with all other disciplines; Architectural, Structural and Electrical Design Engineers and Quantity Surveyors (QS), • Conduct research and identify appropriate technologies/techniques/designs that can be incorporated in project design, • Conduct technical reviews as appropriate, • Review and verify Building Services design documentation as an independent third party when required, • Coordinate team efforts to complete any necessary and appropriate tasks if assigned,
