Dangerous goods storage, handling and transport OVERALL POSITION SUMARY To support Rig Manager, Operation Director in manage the level of equipment from Rig/supplier/ HQ in warehouse with PVD Maximo system and others tasks given by Superior. This position, together Rig Manager, is responsible for managing and carrying out all phases of the drilling operation activities and ensuring strict adherence to the Company’s HSE rules and regulations by all personnel (company and contractor) working on the rig during assigned shift. Key Job Functions 1. Responsibilities for making cargo manifest, supply equipment for rig; 2. Responsibilities for storing equipment and keep that at good condition 3. Call out the goods from Base central in Head Quarter to top up KSB, ASB. Base inventory. 4. Check all Lifting Equipment and ensure that Rigger maintains the Lifting Equipment Register up to date at all times, together with the valid certification and test reports, where relevant, 5. Making equipment list every day to know which one need to order more 6. Control and maintain to order workshop for inspection and services all tubular, subs, drilling equipment. 7. To develop and maintain good working relationships with all Local Authorities, Governmental Institutions and Provincial Government 8. To ensure that all materials and equipment destined for offshore are packed properly and manifested in accordance with Company’s procedure. 9. Raise the request to Commercial department to top up KSB, ASB. Base inventory. 10. Manage recording system including Maximo software, cataloger activities as well as input data control procedure. 11. Guiding warehouse Personnel, responsible for warehouse and shipping documents; 12. Company’s Policy and Regulatory Compliance 13. Administration of various contracts (e.g. Drilling operations, labor supply, catering services, housing leases, yard rental lease, office lease, etc.) to ensure compliance with contract obligations and compliance with establish/recognized Company policies and procedures; 14. Ensures all regulatory documents, certificates, and inspections are maintained; and 15. Maintains system logs.
