Main Responsibilities · Knowledge and Experience o CRM, loyalty programs, and social and digital media are ideal. o Experience in Conglomerate, Retail, F&B, FMCG and Shopping Malls · Prospecting and Lead Generation: o Research and identify potential customers within their assigned territory. This could be through cold calling and networking events. o Qualify leads by assessing their needs and budget to ensure they fit the company's products or services well. o Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and partners within the assigned territory. o Attend trade events and conferences to stay on top of new market trends and network with partners and prospects. · Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication (face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails). o Understand customer needs and challenges and recommend the most appropriate solutions. o Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns promptly. · Sales & Negotiation: o Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of the company's offerings. o Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure sales deals that are profitable for the company. o Close deals and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to final purchase. · Reporting and Follow-up: o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities, prompt updates to the CRM Platform o Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and competitor activity. o Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's/ College Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication) or equivalent. 5 years in overall sales experience with three years in solution sales in the CRM & Loyalty, Software, Social and Digital Media space You must have good contacts and existing relationships in the services industry, specifically in Retail, Food and beverage (F&B), and Hospitality. You are a constant high-achiever, meeting your sales quotas – we will want to see your proven experience. Possess the highest professionalism standard, including respect and good work ethics. Be experienced in working in an international environment, must be a team player. Experience in solution sales for CRM & Loyalty, Software, Social and Digital Media space Possessing business contacts and some established business relationships in the service industry is advantageous. Analytical skills in evaluating potential business opportunities and needs. Good business sense and expert in developing and managing a sales funnel of multiple leads Self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team atmosphere Willing to travel both locally and overseas for business conferences, trade fairs and networking events. Our targeted markets are mainly Malaysia and South-East Asia.
