Senior Finance Executive

Position Title: Senior Finance Executive Industry: Retail (Jewellery) Location: Bangsar South Job Responsibilities Record, update, and reconcile GL entries for all transactions, including revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities for closing activities. Generate and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure timely completion of financial activities according to corporate guidelines. Tasks include journal preparation and posting, closing activities, financial statements preparation, monthly reconciliations, and account analysis. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions. Engage in process improvement initiatives. Work closely with team members and stakeholders to meet deliverables and KPIs. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Team Lead/Head of FSSC. Qualifications & Experiences Needed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong GL experience and knowledge of a minimum of 5 years of experience. ⁠Strong data entry and the ability to do/experience in manual processes will be an advantage. Possess good communication skills and analytical thinking skills. Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
