Maintenance Planner

A snapshot of your day Responsible in improving maintenance planning, scheduling, data management and job reporting systems for effectiveness and efficiency. Job Responsibilities To establish, maintain and improve the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling using CMMS To participate in the preparation and review of maintenance plans, with maintenance and operations teams, identifying frequency of services, standard tasks and associated resources (materials, tools, support equipment). Ensure accuracy in data entry and records for breakdown information, actual works carried out, actual labor and tools usage into CMMS system pertaining to machine/ equipment of the plant. Gather and organise plant machinery and equipment information for data input into CMMS. Develop cost and time estimates for each planned maintenance work. Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history, job records database and technical information on processes, plant and equipment. Continually improving planning, scheduling, data management and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency. Requirement Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance or implementing and sustaining Preventive Maintenance program Well verse in maintenance process and activities Those with experience in CMMS system will have added advantages Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
