1. Assist Hotel Manager with communication will all level of staff. 2. Prepare agendas, meetings and organise meeting required by the Hotel Manager. 3. Responsible for maintenance and new application company’s legal and licensing matters. 4. Maintaining proper all documentation for Human Resource Department. 11. Conducting Customer Service and Product Knowledge Training to enhance employees' knowledge and performance. 12. Responsible in issuing stationery and uniform to staff, purchase necessary stationery and uniform and maintain and keep inventory record for stationery and uniform. 13. Perform any others duties that may be assigned from time to time. 14. To identify, develop and organise orientation and training programmes for all employees and also arrange for employee development programmes. 15. Performing job evaluation exercise and monitor yearly performance appraisals of employee. 16. Responsible of recruitment matters including Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process, salary and employment benefits, employee payroll, staff counselling, and disciplinary matters. 17. Assists in planning, organising and implementing personnel policies and procedures and also monitoring performance reports of the various sections. 18. To be responsible for the upkeep of all correspondence personal files and up keeping annual leave records, overtime, job descriptions, and etc. 19. To handle all matters related to industrial relations, SOCSO, income tax, Employee Provident Fund and employee grievances. 20. To carry out any other duties as requested by superiors from time to time. 21. To ensure confidently in all matters of the HR Department. 22. To arrange for issuance of disciplinary related letters and conducting Domestic Inquiry process in the case of repeat attenders. 23. Tabulating and maintaining the leave records of all staff levels including counselling of late comers. 24. Tabulate and maintain the overtime records of staff concerned.
