SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

1. Telemarketing – assist in making follow-up calls to direct-mail prospects. 2. Sales appointments/Prospecting – make personal sales call to secure appointments and follow-up. 3. Market research & competitor benchmarking – carry out surveys/research work to assist in determining market trends, assist in the collation and update of competitor information. 4. In house enquiries – assist in handling walk-in/ media social/ call-in enquiries 5. Outdoor promotions – represent the company during our participation at external/outdoor exhibitions, promotional launches, seminars/conventions. 6. Advertising/public relations – assist in advertisement placement and logistics as well as assist in public relations duties. 7. Banquet – handle enquiries on functions, generate quotation letters to interested parties, follow-up on the quotation, follow-up on the function if confirmed. 8. Filing and office administration – assist in the filing of membership documentation into members’ individual files, stationery stock replenishment and brochure preparation. 9. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
