Job Description: • Responds to reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms. • Ensures that reservations are attended to at all times to meet daily business needs, and is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining reservation records promptly in accordance with guests' booking confirmations. 1. Responsible to assist the RSP / FOM in all reservation activities, which included but not limited to room reservations, transportation, tours and others related to hotel and tourism activities. 2. Responsible to assist the RSP / FOM to ensure that all reservations are made according to corporate standards and customers’ requirements. 3. Responsible to assist the RSP / FOM to develop and implement reservation policies in accordance with corporate objectives, procedure, systems, and company standards. 4. Responsible to responds to reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms. 5. Responsible to ensure reservations are attended to at all times to meet daily business needs, and is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining reservation records promptly in accordance with guests' booking confirmations. 6. Responsible to tracks future room and tour product availability and develop forecasts for room / tour product revenue and occupancy. 7. Responsible to prepare the list of expected arrivals, assisting in pre-registration activities and processing advance reservation deposits. 8. Knowledgeable in the types of rooms each properties have, facilities of each tour product, their locations and layouts, as well as the available packages. 9. Responsible to updates the availability of rooms and tour products via distribution channels such as GDS, OTA and web booking systems, and follows all policies and procedures for compliance and quality assurance expectations. 10. Work with other departments to further enhance the profitability of Company. 11. Responsible to alert the RSP / FOM of all non-compliances. 12. Develops good working relationships with key internal and external contacts. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Reservations, Hospitality Management, Tourism or equivalent. • Must be able to communicate in BM, English, and Mandarin. The target market would include locals, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong Tour GITs, and FITs. • At least 3 years of exposure in the related field. • ISO and IT literate.
