Understand manufacturing process of nonwoven materials involves the following stages: fibre selection, web formation, bonding, and finishing for different types of natural or synthetic fibres are chosen based on the desired properties of the final product. Understand non-woven process and supply for automotive part and repairs Optimizes and improves the efficiency of an organization’s manufacturing and industrial processes. Ensure the production lines and smooth functioning efficiently. Develop new technique, modify existing designs and coordinate process improvement projects. Able to running and parameter machine setting, output goods control Able to handle for now include 3-line process: 1. Tearing: Pieret dan Laroche 2. Non-Woven (line 1): Laroche dan Strahm 3. Non-Woven (line 2): Dellorco and Villani, Cormatex, dan Sicam. Able to manage multi task assign according to the needs for the plant assigned Able to handle people issue and manage all aspect in the plant with minimum supervision.
