  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Provide building maintenance support and service in shopping mall and hands-on attendance to repairs/complaints on electrical services, air-conditioning and etc. 2. Assist in building, facilities, property services within the shopping mall (e.g. improvement and repair works, M&E installations and etc.) 3. Carry out maintenance, trouble-shooting, minor repairs and other necessary installation works 4. Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors 5. Conduct routine building inspections and checks on maintenance works within the shopping mall 6. Assist in supervision of systematic servicing of air-conditioning equipment and systems within the shopping mall 7. Assist in the preventive maintenance tasks within the shopping mall 8. Hands- on and able to carry simple maintenance tasks within the shopping mall (e.g. breakdowns and preventive performance) 9. Provide operational support for promotional events eg. sound system, speaker and etc. 10. Attend to all complaints, feedback & service requests from tenant 11. To perform other relevant duties as assigned by the superior. 12. Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenants’ complaints; enforcing rules and escalating issues and problems to senior management when necessary 13. Inspects the interior and exterior of the building on a regular basis and follow up on deficiencies noted 14. Ensure strict building safety, security and housekeeping practices are maintained at all times 15. To carry out a daily inspection of the shop lots and prepare the Renovation progress report so as to assist the Operation Manager in the monitoring of the renovation activities of the tenants. 16. To execute the shop lots keys handover procedures and prepare the Inspection/Defects report 17. To coordinate, monitor and Supervisor the activities of general services sub-contractors to ensure that they execute their works in compliance with the contracts. These include contract cleaning, Pest control contract, Waste Disposal contract, Landscaping and Gardening etc.
