PROJECT ENGINEER - MELAKA

Key Responsibilities • Communicating with clients and identifying the goal they want to accomplish or the problem they want to solve. • Identify client’s initial expectations and start conducting research to create accurate estimates about various aspects of the project. • Determine client’s obligations in different scenarios and provide options for completing the project depending on which specifications are more feasible for the client. • Review schematics from other Engineers to ensure they all align with the client’s expectations. • Develops, create, and implement tests to track key metrics and adjust reach the targets. • Host meetings with team to assign responsibilities and receive updates about the progress. • Focus on making accurate projections about the resources and processes essential for a project, using workflow design and knowledge of other types of engineering to develop optimal project plans. • Liaise with management responsible for acquiring funding and marketing their inventory. Candidate Q ualifications • 2 – 3 years of experience in the field and knowledge of project planning. • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. • Organization and problem-solving skills. • Ability to use specialized software (AutoCAD) for collaboration and time management, including spreadsheets. • Experience with inventory control and process improvement. • Strong time management and analytical skills. • Firm understanding of complex mathematical concepts. • Proven leadership skills. • Strong communication skills Remuneration & Benefits • Outstation Allowance RM60/day • Offshore Allowance RM150/day • Mileage & toll claims • Mobile phone claim RM120/month • Medical claim outpatient RM600/year • Medical insurance 2 types: Hospitalization & Personal Accident • Monday – Saturday, 9.00am – 5.30pm
