Job Description: - Manage the Director’s schedule by coordinating appointments, meetings, and strategic sessions, prioritizing commitments to maximize productivity. - Conduct site visits with the Director or independently to assess project progress and manage tasks. - Maintain an organized and efficient filing system, ensuring easy access to important documents and correspondence. - Perform general administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, managing office supplies, etc. - Manage emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Director. - Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take notes, and follow up on action points. - Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodations, and transport itineraries. - Serve as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. - Handle other tasks and assignments as required, supporting the Director’s personal and professional needs. Qualifications: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools. - High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. - Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks with minimal supervision. - Willingness to travel independently as required. - Having relevant experience (e.g., personal assistant, business assistant, or admin assistant) is an advantage.
