Sales and Marketing Assistant / Manager

·To manage and provide leadership and direction to team members in accordance with Company sales strategy · To identify customer needs and develop preliminary design or solution to customer · Develop and maintain effective relationship with customers and potential customers ·Continuously looking for business opportunities from existing customers and potential customers · Gather relevant market analysis, competitor analysis, customer and market feedback and new technology which may influence new product development and marketing strategy. ·Prepare and present sales and marketing report including quarterly and yearly sales budget and collection report to management ·Monitor customer's forecast as input to plan for production and delivery ·To be the window of communication between customer requirements and internal teams ·To follow up with customers to ensure prompt payment ·To ensure confidentiality of all the customer data, project information, pricing, etc. Job requirements: · Possess a Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration or, SPM with few years experiences in management or executive level. · Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in local automotive OEM industry ·Possess basic technical knowledge in plastics injection and/or spray painting is an advantage ·Proven sale track record in securing sales from new customers ·Strong communication skill both in verbal and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia) ·Possess positive attitude and willing to learn ·Possess own transport
