Job Responsibilities: • Attend to shoppers’ inquiries at the Information Counter, channel customer complaints to the relevant person/department, and maintain and record a complaint report. • Handle music control, wheelchair assistance for handicapped individuals, paging, and care for lost children within the Centre. • Stay well informed about all events, programs, and contests, and provide accurate information to shoppers about contest mechanics organized by the shopping mall and appointed organizers. • Prepare weekly reports, such as Activities Reports and Customer Count Reports. • Manage the Information Counter, ensuring no unauthorized persons enter the area, maintain general cleanliness, and ensure all promotional materials are well-stocked or replenished. • Handle gift redemption, register participants in any activities or contests, and assist in event management. • Assist in the removal and placement of posters/notices/buntings, ensuring expired materials are promptly removed. • Inform the relevant person/department immediately when problems or incidents occur, or in case of malfunction of any equipment. • Manage lost and found according to company policy, recording and maintaining a Lost & Found report, with weekly and monthly logbook updates. • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required by the management. Job Requirements: • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism. • Proficient in using basic office applications (e.g., MS Office). • Good problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused, Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations, High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling customer information. • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and during mall operating hours. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
