Business Description Lead inventory modelling, optimization, and analysis. Responsible for planning, delegating, and overseeing warehouse operations including receiving, serial number checking, storing, inventory management, and shipping to ensure the inflow and outflow of goods are managed effectively. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure the stock levels are consistent with inventory records. Work with carriers and logistics providers to optimize shipping costs and delivery times. Ensure all transportation and logistics documentation (e.g : invoices, delivery notes, permits) are accurate and comply with regulatory requirements. Oversee the procurement of spare parts, and components and build strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms and ensure consistent supply. Analyse lead times to customers for the sale of tractors and spare parts. Respond to quotations and purchase orders from customers for spare parts in a timely manner. Upload and update spare parts pricing lists for customers in a timely manner. Analyse supply chain planning, performance metrics, and identity improvements to meet key performance indicators. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the warehouse. Additional duties as assigned by management. . Requirement Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain or logistics management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Certifications: APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or other relevant certifications are preferred. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
