The main responsibility is to manage, drive and achieve budgeted revenues as detailed in the Annual Business Plan. Maximize revenues in a pro-active manner in coordination with the DOS by setting long-term and short-term goals, setting effective strategies, ensuring that all Sales systems and plans are effective, and by monitoring productivity and evaluating results of the entire sales team.
