Project Manager (Brands & Product)

About The Role: A Project Manager is a professional who leads a team through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan. The project plan thoroughly explains how the project will be executed and includes a budget, timeline, schedule, roles and responsibilities among other things. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and implement projects 2. Help define project scope, goals and deliverables 3. Define tasks and required resources 4. Collect and manage project team 5. Manage the project budget 6. Allocate project resources 7. Create a project schedule and timeline 8. Support and direct team 9. Lead quality assurance 10. Report on the project status and present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions 11. Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables 12. Evaluate and assess the result of the project 13. Lead the end-to-end tendering process, including prequalification, bid strategy, proposal preparation, and submission. 14. Drive revenue growth through partnerships, joint ventures, and new client acquisition. 15. Manage event-related risks, developing contingency plans to handle unexpected challenges. 16. Manage event budgets, ensuring that financial targets are met, and costs are controlled without compromising quality. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in event management, business development and tendering would be an advantage. - Proven experience in a managerial role, with the ability to oversee multiple departments - Strong leadership and communication skills - Experience in coordinating across subsidiaries or brands is a plus - Familiarities with ISO 9001 standards is preferred What We Offer: - Full-time position at our Headquarter in Bangi, Selangor - Training and development opportunities - Performance bonus
