Senior Accounts Executive

Manages and oversees all aspects of accounting and finance of the business in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures, and relevant standards, laws and regulations. Participate in delivering timely and accurate financial statements and reports while assisting in overseeing the finances of a group of companies. Liaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, banker and any other external parties / vendors as necessary. Review and optimize the tax structure to enhance efficiency. Handle e-invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Ensure invoices are processed and issued on time to maintain healthy vendor relationships and cash flow. Implement credit control measures effectively. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analysing variances and providing insights for effective planning. Support cash flow analysis and monitoring to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. Other duties/ ad hoc as and when assigned.
