IT Support Officer

• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key process • Implementing database and network designs, database backups, installing and upgrading software and scalable infrastructure. • Ensuring system security and trouble-shooting on IT issues • Ensure best suitable and compatible systems and framework for coordination of operations • Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization. • Conducting regular system audits. • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. • Preserve assets, information security and control structures. • Define and improve all system and network operations processes • Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by Superior or The Management.
