1. To assist the Accounts Manager on accounting activities of the company. 2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESHAB management system 3. To prepare payment / cheque and other related documents report. 4. To carry out daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection. 5. To handle petty cash and reimbursement. 6. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. 7. To oversee, manage and control purchasing and store activities for the company. 8. To liaise with suppliers on payment terms / modes and to advice management accordingly. 9. To ensure that all products are supplied and delivered are in Accordance to purchase. 10. To coordinate on the calibration, maintenance and repair of equipment. 11. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. 12. To handle SST Compliance 13. Use process approach and risk-based thinking. 14. Ensuring that the QESHABMS achieves its intended results.
