About the job We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Presales Consultant with a positive attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in SaaS solutions. Domain knowledge on sustainability or carbon management will be an added advantage. Roles and Responsibilities • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a customer-facing sales team, including providing consultation on technical sustainability reporting and advisory • Work with our internal professional services or implementation partners • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and internal stakeholders • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows Qualifications And Experience Required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Sustainability Management or equivalent (Preferred) • 5+ years working experience in a related role or field (audit, consulting or solution presales) • Experience in the value selling framework • Experience with integration technologies, including but not limited to web services, ESB and APIs • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence • Travel, as necessary
