Engineering Inventory Executive

Responsibile and manage the spart parts convertion project. Handle Spare Part Management Good Practice and Project. Prepares parts and tools for planned maintenance executions. Receives parts into spare parts store in accordance with the supply process. Ships materials out of brewery (back to vendor for repair or other) in accordance with supply process Checks availability and resupplies high turnover parts. Responsible for administration of lubricants. Manages repairables in accordance with supply process. Issues of parts, spares and proper stock control of emergency stock takes (per shift). Coordination and alignment regarding handovers between the planning team and the maintenance execution; both from handing over to execution and/or receiving returned materials from execution team. Executes 5S spare parts / lubricants and storage (maintain proper storage conditions).
