Have in-depth knowledge about the company’s products to effectively communicate product value to customers. 12. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase offerings to potential customers, explaining product specifications, highlighting benefits, and addressing questions or objections as well as product sensory as introduction to potential customers or existing customers for any new product launching. 13. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, have persuasive skills, negotiation tactics, and a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to close deals. 14. Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends, analyse competitor activities, and provide feedback to the company to aid in developing marketing strategies and identifying opportunities. 15. Maintain accurate record of sales activities, including leads, prospects, deals closed, and revenue generated and contribute to sales forecasting and goal setting. 16. Provide excellent customer service and support. Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The person needs to have a key quality such as responsive, proactive, empathy, clarity, accuracy and professionalism. 17. Continuously update skills, knowledges, and techniques through training programs, workshops, and industry events to remain competitive. 18. Consistency in executing sales tasks and following through on projects to achieve successful outcomes. 19. Collaboration between each function with other departments in achieving company objectives. i.e Cross-Functional Meetings with other department (i.e R&D ; Production) to facilitate better communication, same alignment, idea exchange and strategy development to drive business growth. 20.
