Job Description for Sales & Marketing Executive • To promote the company's services to the market. • To analyse the market, potential leads, potential clients also ensure to meets monthly sales goals. • To research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. • To gathering, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft sales reports. • To implement new sales and advertising plans. • To maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. • To stay updated in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks. • Able to have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Able to work under pressure. Qualification Requirement for Sales & Marketing Executive • A minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing. • Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department. • Experience in management may be advantageous. • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics. • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. • Good negotiation and sales skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. • The ability to work under pressure. • A result-driven and organized individual.
