Summary of Job Scope : Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding of candidates who align with our company's goals and values. The Talent Acquisition Officer will play a critical role in driving our growth by ensuring we have a strong team of agents dedicated to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service to our clients. PRIMARY DUTIES 1. Talent Sourcing • Identify company recruiting needs, develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. • Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, referrals, social media, and participate in networking events, career fairs, seminars, career talks and roadshows to identify potential candidates. • Organize, attend and conduct entrepreneurial trainings and seminars when required 2. Screening and Selection • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring manager. • Assist in the decision-making process by providing recommendations based on candidate evaluations. 3. Onboarding • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. • Organize orientation and training for new agents, introducing them to company policies, procedures, expectations, contractual obligations and training requirements. SECONDARY DUTIES - Participate in sales and marketing campaigns and group projects - Create and manage social media content for the company’s social media accounts - Assist with other administrative duties or any assigned duties as and when required. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field - Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Office - Independent and highly organized, with exceptional time-management skills. - Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. - Ability to share knowledge and work in as strong team-oriented environment. - Previous working experience in human resource/recruiting/administration will be an added advantage BENEFITS - Annual travel benefits - Medical benefits - Birthday gift voucher - EPF, EIS & SOCSO
