Responsibilities: -Prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports related to warehouse activities, personnel, and equipment. -Provides information and makes necessary adjustments for stock and inventory control; coordinates adjustments with receiving, order processing and inventory control areas. -Assist for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's warehouse -Encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met -Process inbound according to the latest processes and procedures. -Assist in ensuring operational practices and procedures are carried out effectively. -Preparation of Shipping documents. -Manage outgoing and receiving courier. -To contact courier company to check on status update of parcel if any delay. -Issuance of shipping reports in accordance with Client’s requirements. -Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. -Timely update of reports. -Attend to all enquiries from customer -All other duties as assigned. Job Benefits 5 days work Working hours 8.30 am to 6 pm; Monday to Friday. Able to work at Petaling Jaya Selatan, Selangor. EPF, SOCSO and EIS. Annual Leave. Bonus
