CHIEF SURVEYOR

• Responsible for all scope of works pertaining to survey at the project sites effectively and efficiently; • Lead the project survey works and manage the survey team at the project site during implementation; • Prepare the pre computation plan and setting out plan; • To check drawings dimension and control level; • To conduct as-built surveys and prepare as-built drawings; • Liaise with Engineers, respective consultants/architects/land surveyor’s office to resolve issue on site; • Monitor the survey activities and ensure the proper following of methods to ensure accurate measurements; • Facilitate the regular monitoring of site conditions to identify changes and instruct another survey if necessary; • Check all data retrieved from conducting surveys including calculations and measurements, as well as drawing, layouts, etc., and ensure its accuracy; • Report issues identified during survey that are in conflict with the condition of contract or specification; • Ensure the proper usage, maintenance and safekeeping of all survey instruments; • To prepare daily report for survey activity and monthly survey as-built report.
