1. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review. Ensure accurate and timely closing of financial records and reports. 2. Invoicing, Record Updating and Reporting Assist in reconciling receivables, sales, payables, and bank reconciliation reports, as well as other relevant data when needed. Promptly address customer inquiries related to receivables to ensure clear communication and timely resolution. 3. Credit Control and Collection To follow up with customers on outstanding debts, actively driving the collection process through timely emails in accordance with procedures. Update AutoCount system for daily receiving payments. Support the Finance Deputy General Manager in the preparation of financial reports. 4. Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support the external audit process. Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and controls. 5. Cash Flow Management: Prepare daily cashflow, forecast cashflow, debtors & creditors aging report, review the accuracy of the daily report, rectify any error and discrepancies prior reporting to management. Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. Assist in the management of accounts payable and receivable. Support treasury functions, including managing bank relationships and optimizing cash management strategies. 6. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of finance-related tasks. 7. Administrative assistant Order and oversee office supplies and arrangement for every Monday lunch for all staff. Managing filing system in store room. Supporting management and staff with any necessary administrative tasks. 8. Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned by the Finance Deputy General Manager. Support the Finance Deputy General Manager in the preparation of any other reports.
