WHY JOIN US? - Career Grow, Internal promotion - Pure dried food, super clean factory - Work life balance, Public Listed Company RESPONSIBILITY - Speak, read & write Mandarin to manage China’s gov officers & customers. - Actively plan and monitor production team's work progress based on sales order received. - Arrange works for production team less than 20pax and check output meet customer's requirement. - Ensure all practices and procedures are carried out accordingly. - Alert & immediately solve non-conformities detected, notify Top Management. - Evaluate control effectiveness and cost benefits, suggest improvements/solutions. - Ensure quality inspection from incoming materials till final output done within specifications - Monitor stock inventory & quality, place order/GRN and update system. - Ensure production team conduct moisture test in every work station. - Coordinate export: CAIQ stickers, export permits & licence, gov web portal. - Assist when visitors come factory & during audit: GMP, HACCP, VHM, and GACC (China kastam). - Liaise with external parties, local & oversea authorities, such as MOH. DVS, China customs. - Ensure production schedule is on track, control to minimise losses. - Calculate losses and generate weekly performance and communicate to all departments. - Reaffirm batch number, production date, printing information before printing with QA. - Ensure timely completion of order to meet shipping deadline. - Confirm the packing size for each export consignment, supervise the final export packing. - Supervise the loading of the export carton onto the forwarder’s transporter. - Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Top Management REQUIREMENT - Able to speak, read & write Mandarin, Bahasa & English - min 1 year working or 3 month internship in Food Factory. - minimum SPM result pass with related working experience. - Welcome fresh graduated student of Diploma/Degree in Science or Business Administration - Able to plan, organise, implement, lead and supervise day to day production activities. - Committed and result driven individual, able to meet tight deadlines. - Have own transport, able travel when necessary - Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-5pm, Alternate Saturday 8.00am-1pm *STAFF BENEFITS* ‘1.
