Account Executive

Job Responsibilities: Able to handle and finalise the full set accounts and finalise monthly management accounts Perform daily accounting operations Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerised accounting system Liaise with team members to ensure proper recording of information & financial data Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary on related issues Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time Job Requirement: Candidate should possess at least Diploma/Degree/Professional Certificate or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy At least 2-5 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position Familiar with Autocount Accounting system will be an added advantage Team player who is also able to work well independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision Requisite Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word, able to work well in a team, responsible, well-mannered, excellent time management skills. Good interpersonal skill, well organised and positive working attitude 5 days working per week, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Willing to work in Port Klang.
